Role Overview:

Join our Insurance Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle inbound calls from policyholders, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies.

• Assist with policy updates, claims, and account concerns.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate or 2nd Year College completed – required.

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience on a voice account – required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne with shifting schedules.

• Can start ASAP.
