Insurance Customer Service / Policy Servicing Specialist

Are you an experienced BPO professional with a strong Non-Life Insurance background? Do you have experience handling Property & Casualty (P&C), Home, Auto, or related insurance accounts?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination Specialist to join our growing team in Taguig.

What You'll Do

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

- Handle policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

- Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.

- Process and issue policy endorsements using broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or similar platforms.

- Coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely information.

- Maintain complete and accurate policy documentation in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables

- Resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment-related concerns.

- Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.

- Respond professionally to billing inquiries from insureds, agents, and carriers.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Customer Communication & Call Handling

- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.

- Serve as a key point of contact for policy and billing-related concerns.

- Clearly explain policy updates, billing information, and required next steps.

- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting established service-level expectations.

Qualifications

- College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience, OR

- Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 18 months of BPO experience

- Required: Experience in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C)

- Experience with Home, Auto, Property, or similar insurance products is highly preferred.

- Background in insurance brokerage, agency, policy servicing, billing, or carrier coordination is an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.

Compensation & Hiring Details

Salary: Up to ₱45,000/month, depending on qualifications and experience

Work Setup: Onsite – Taguig

Start Dates: September 1 or September 22, 2026
