Salary: Up to ₱45,000

Qualifications

College graduate with 12+ months BPO experience

OR 2 years college + 18+ months BPO experience

Non-Life Insurance experience required

Background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance

Experience with Home & Auto insurance preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable handling high-volume calls and transactions

Responsibilities

• Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals & updates

• Coordinate with clients, agents, and insurance carriers

• Process billing, premium adjustments & payment concerns

• Manage receivables and account reconciliations

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls

• Maintain accurate policy documentation and records

• Ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines
