Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address insurance-related inquiries and concerns.


• Assist customers in managing their insurance accounts, including policy updates and claims status checks.


• Provide accurate information about insurance products and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.


• Document all interactions and ensure customer accounts are updated promptly.


• Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer retention.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
