Job Title : Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist (Non-Voice)

We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist with strong inpatient coding and audit/quality assurance experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of inpatient coding experience, along with a minimum of 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience and at least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical or hospital experience. The candidate must hold a relevant PRN/Medical Allied license and possess an Inpatient CCS, CPC, or CIC certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and audit activities for inpatient coding.

• Review inpatient coding work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable coding standards.

• Identify coding errors and provide appropriate feedback for improvement.

• Support quality and accuracy targets through effective audit processes.

• Apply clinical and hospital experience to validate inpatient coding.

• Contribute to maintaining high-quality coding standards and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent and pertinent clinical/hospital experience.

• Minimum 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience.

• Minimum 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.

• Must have a PRN/Medical Allied license.

• Must hold an Inpatient CCS, CPC, or CIC Certification.

• Strong knowledge of inpatient coding and quality assurance processes.

• Salary: PHP 75,000 – PHP 100,000 package, fixed and non-negotiable, depending on inpatient experience/tenure.
