Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist with strong Inpatient Coding and Audit/Quality Assurance experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience, relevant clinical or hospital experience, and hands-on experience in Inpatient Audit/QA. Candidates must also hold a relevant PRN/Medical Allied license and an CCS, CPC, or CIC certification for Inpatient Coding.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience.

• At least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience.

• At least 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.

• Strong knowledge of Inpatient Coding guidelines and processes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coding and documentation issues.

• Experience performing coding audits and quality reviews.

• Ability to work independently in a non-voice environment.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willingness to work under a temporary WFH setup.

License
