Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in Payroll Processing and SAP Payroll. The ideal candidate will lead payroll operations, manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations.

• Serve as the escalation point for payroll and customer-related issues.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.

• Monitor team performance and support the development of team members.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including:

  • Payroll calculation (Gross-to-Net)

  • Payroll audits

  • Payroll reporting

  • General Ledger (GL) feed preparation

  • Employee salary disbursement

  • Post-payroll activities

  • Government and vendor reporting

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational and business objectives.

• Support strategic planning and payroll process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 7–8 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or team management experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work in a Hybrid setup in Taguig on a Day Shift.
