JOB TITLE: HR Payroll Team Lead/ HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist (CL9)

Salary budget: Associate - CL 9, estimate is 60K to 100K (CONFIDENTIAL)
(Salary is confidential  the final salary offer will depend on the client and project they will be assigned)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
• Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions
• Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations
• Lead and support the payroll team
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• Payroll Team Lead – 5 to 7 years of experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll executio

• Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
• Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
• This position is based at the BGC Taguig office and the ideal candidate should be able to work full-on-site
