Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of UKG Ready HR modules (Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, etc.)

• Configure, test, and deploy HR solutions based on client requirements

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth system integration

• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Provide functional expertise and implementation support throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 2+ years experience in HR system/SaaS implementation (UKG Ready or similar preferred)

• Strong understanding of HR-IT processes and system configuration

• Experience working with North American stakeholders is a plus

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
