COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Basic Pay: PHP 50,000
Complexity Allowance: PHP 6,500
Coding Allowance: PHP 20,000
Standard Allowance: PHP 2,675
Total Package: PHP 79,175

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring experienced USRN Coders / Medical Coders with strong expertise in healthcare coding and medical coding systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding, along with relevant medical coding certification and active professional licenses.

This is a Work From Home opportunity for qualified candidates with experience in medical coding, surgical coding, ID review, medical administration, auditing, and/or denials management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of Medical Coding / Healthcare Coding experience

• Strong experience in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding Systems

• Active CPC or CPMA Certification

• Active PRC License

• Active Mainland USRN License

• Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, and/or Denials

• Must have PHP 100K SOB

• Work From Home setup

• Former or current EXL employees are not eligible
