​Join our Healthcare Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist patients, providers, and clients with healthcare inquiries, appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient records.

• Resolve billing and insurance-related concerns.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate – with at least 6 months BPO experience.

• Completed 2 years in college (72+ units) – with 12 months of any work experience.

• Good customer service orientation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical skills.

• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.

• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
