Qualifications

At least 6 months of Call Center/BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills

Basic computer and navigation skills

Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Amenable to work onsite and complete the hiring process onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
