Position: Medical Billing Specialist – RCM Account

We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role is responsible for managing medical billing processes, claims review, payment posting, and insurance follow-ups while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Process medical claims accurately and efficiently 

• Review patient accounts and insurance information 

• Handle claim denials, appeals, and payment reconciliations 

• Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams 

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards 

• Ensure timely resolution of billing and account concerns

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple way.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
