Overview:

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Senior Analyst – Procurement Practice to join our procurement delivery team. The role involves leading sourcing initiatives, engaging with global stakeholders, conducting supplier performance analysis, and supporting strategic procurement goals across international markets. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead and support RFIs/RFPs for low to medium complexity sourcing exercises

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct market research and assist in supplier identification for strategic sourcing projects

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to align delivery with procurement goals

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement through KPI reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Execute total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to drive cost optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare monthly reports and executive-level presentations

  
  


• 
  

  Support sales and business development functions, spend analysis, and category planning

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain effective communication across functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure continuous performance and innovation

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to contract negotiations and strategic sourcing execution

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with global, regional, and market unit leads to ensure category priorities are aligned and capacity is effectively managed

  Work with CS&S P+ Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g., SI&S, Risk, ET) to incorporate compliance and risk standards into sourcing delivery
