Work Schedule: Flexible to work shifting schedule - Weekends, Night Shift, Holidays if needed

Salary: PHP 300,000 to PHP 500,000 package

About the Role:

We are hiring a Global Director for Tax. This is a senior leadership role overseeing global tax compliance and strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, Law, Finance, or related discipline

CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification; legal tax background, JD, LLM in Taxation, or comparable specialization is strongly preferred

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive tax experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or regional/global tax role

Demonstrated experience in tax audits, tax controversy, assessments, legal tax research, and interpretation of tax laws and regulations

Strong experience overseeing India and United States tax compliance in partnership with local tax consultants and advisory firms is preferred

Working knowledge of Philippine, United States, and Indian tax requirements and cross-border tax considerations

Proven success leading staff and geographically distributed teams, including organizational design, capability building, and succession planning

Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, HR, Operations, and other departments

Excellent executive communication, judgment, problem-solving, project-management, and organizational skills

Experience in a multinational, shared-services, BPO, healthcare, or professional-services environment

Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, legal-entity restructuring, international expansion, or tax operating-model transformation

Experience implementing tax technology, workflow automation, compliance calendars, and tax-control frameworks

Knowledge of transfer pricing and tax accounting, including ASC 740, is an advantage
