Skill: Financial Planning & Analysis- lead

Location: Kolkata

Band: BPO4 (up to 12 LPA)

Mandatory Skillsets:

• Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell‐through, GMROI, traffic, conversion, basket size).

• Experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical abilities. Ability to handle audits (Internal & external)

• Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions through process transformations .

• Effective management of SLAs & KPIs

Additional Desirable skills

• Certifications like Six sigma green belt / Train the Trainer will be an added advantage.

• KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage.

• Managing cross functional training within the team.

Soft skills:

• Shows genuine empathy to customers experiencing connection difficulties.

• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under pressure.

• Actively identifies customer cues and responds appropriately.

Business acumen:

• 9+ years of experience in to finance & accounts with a minimum of 6+ years into FP&A

• Expert level domain expertise of FP&A

• Business case decision support

• Budget to actual variance Analysis

• Candidate should be ready to work in NEW ZEALAND shift.

• Should possess positive attitude to support the business.

• Should be flexible for working hours.
