Role Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Payroll Support Specialist to handle blended customer interactions for a financial payroll account. You will assist employees and clients with payroll inquiries, account concerns, and general support needs.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle blended (voice and non-voice) customer interactions professionally.


Assist with payroll inquiries, account concerns, and general support needs.


Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.


Document interactions accurately using company systems.


Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.


Qualifications:


1 year BPO experience with 6 months chat experience – required.


OR 1 year payroll experience – required.


At least a High School Graduate (both old and new curriculum) – required.


Amenable to work onsite.


Good to above communication skills.
