Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 50,900 package depending on the length of tenure as an agent.
Start date: ASAP


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.

Key Skills: Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act, GDPR, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Handling inbound/outbound calls, managing arrears, conducting forbearance, and ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards.
