Financial Account Customer Service Representative (Billing & Payments)

We are seeking Financial Customer Service Representatives for an international billing and payments account. The role focuses on assisting customers with financial transactions and account management.

Job Description:

Handle customer billing inquiries and payment processing concerns

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and charge issues

Assist customers with payment methods, refunds, and adjustments

Ensure accurate processing of financial records and updates

Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Qualifications:

College Graduate - Any Segment

HS/SHS Graduate or completed at least 2-year college - Expro 2 (+6mos BPO experience)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze financial data and resolve issues efficiently

Detail-oriented and organized

Prior CSR or BPO experience is an advantage
