Handle inbound calls regarding bank accounts, transactions, and other financial services

Guide customers step-by-step and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy

Accurately document customer interactions and follow company policies

Collaborate with support teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

Who were looking for:

Senior High School Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college / university

Minimum 1 year BPO experience required

Good to excellent English communication skills - Both written and verbal

Willing to work 100% onsite on a shifting schedule

Amenable and interested to work in a Banking and Finance account
