As a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account, you will assist customers by handling inquiries related to banking, mortgage, or financial products. You will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, process account-related requests, and ensure a positive customer experience while complying with company policies and financial industry regulations.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet at least one of the following experience requirements:

At least 6 months GDS (Global Distribution System) experience

At least 1 year Mortgage experience

At least 2 years Banking/Financial experience

At least 1 year BPO experience with an active FINRA License

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency

Willing to work onsite at EXL 

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
