Provide support for insurance-related customer concerns

Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Assist customers with policy, claims, and account information

Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

Education: At least Senior High School Graduate

Experience: At least 1 year of BPO Voice experience required

Communication: Good English communication skills
