Qualifications

• College Graduate
• 4–5 years of BPO experience
• Strong technical and numerical skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of data tools is an advantage
• Stable employment history (not a job hopper)
