Role Summary

The Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data models that support analytics, reporting, and integration across enterprise systems. The role involves applying advanced modeling methods, ensuring data integrity and scalability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business rules into efficient and structured data frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Drive discussions with client teams to understand business requirements, develop data Models that fit the requirements


2. Drive Discovery activities and design workshops with clients and support design discussions


3. Create Data Modeling deliverables and get sign-off


4. Develop the solution blueprint and scoping, do an estimation for delivery project.

Skills & Experience

1. Overall IT experience (No of years) - 7+ years


2. Data Modeling Experience - 3+ years


3. Data modeling experience in Dimensional Modeling and/or 3-NF modeling/No-SQL DB modeling


4. Should have experience in Cloud DB Design work


5. Conversant with Modern Data Platform


6. Work Experience on data transformation and analytic projects, Understanding of DWH.


7. Instrumental in DB design through all stages of Data Modeling


8. Experience in at least one leading Data Modeling Tools e.g. Erwin, ER Studio or equivalent

Educational Qualification:

       • B.E. or B.Tech is a Must

       • Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
