WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Join our High Prio Banking Account as a Customer Support Specialist! You will assist banking clients with account inquiries, transactions, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle banking inquiries and resolve issues.

• Process account transactions accurately.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications:

• HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate – required.

• With or without BPO experience.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.

• Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA).

• Additional Requirements: NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, and SSS Number available before training.
