Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via voice support.

Provide accurate information on policies, claims, and services.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of college education (no back subjects).

Minimum 1 year of experience in (voice) is required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
