About the Role

We are hiring fluent Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our customer support team in Quezon City.

This opportunity is ideal for Vietnamese speakers with strong communication skills who want to build or advance their career in a multicultural customer service environment.

Candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.

You will assist Vietnamese-speaking customers through phone, chat, email, and other support channels, handling inquiries professionally and providing accurate, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.

• Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support needs.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.

• Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions using company systems.

• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese with strong spoken, written, and reading proficiency.

• Able to communicate naturally and professionally in Vietnamese.

• Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings and context.

• Good working proficiency in English, as training and client systems are conducted in English.

Experience

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous Customer Service or Collections experience is highly preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Authorization

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Foreign nationals must have valid Philippine work authorization or an appropriate visa permitting employment.

• Applicants with eligible Temporary Resident Visas (TRV) or other valid work-authorized visas are encouraged to apply.
