About the Role

We are looking for fluent Khmer-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing customer support team in Quezon City. Whether you are an experienced BPO professional or looking to start your customer service career, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a multicultural environment while providing exceptional support to Khmer-speaking customers.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Khmer-speaking customers through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.

• Communicate professionally in Khmer and English.

• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, services, and general support.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust and loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving.

• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Required Qualifications

Education

• College graduate or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Experience

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous Customer Service or Collections experience is an advantage but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Khmer (spoken, written, and reading).

• Able to communicate naturally and professionally in Khmer.

• Good working proficiency in English (training and internal systems are conducted in English).
