What You’ll Do

* Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
* Provide support for banking and financial-related concerns

What We’re Looking For

* Completed at least 2nd year college
* 6 months to 1 year of international banking or financial BPO experience
* Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay on a night shift
