Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Resolve product and service concerns promptly.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate – required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
