Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IBM z/OS Systems Administration.

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 
  
• At least 5 years of experience in IBM z/OS Systems Administration
• 
  
• Expert proficiency in IBM z/OS
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and optimization
• 
  
• Experience with COBOL and JCL
• 
  
• Familiarity with database management systems and data storage solutions
• 
  
• Knowledge of security protocols and systems administration best practices
• 
  
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
• 
  
• Willing to work onsite in Manila and on a shifting schedule
