Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in IBM Db2 and Natural. The role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions, working with multiple teams, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and applying modern development and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME and provide technical expertise.

• Collaborate with and support multiple teams.

• Participate in technical and project-level decision-making.

• Develop, enhance and optimize custom software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.

• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Db2.

• Expert proficiency in IBM Db2.

• Strong proficiency in Natural.

• Strong understanding of database design and optimization.

• Experience with SQL and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working across multiple teams is preferred.
