We are looking for Customer Service Associates to join Accenture Alabang for Insurance/Health and General accounts.

Open Positions:

1. Customer Service Associate - Insurance/Health Account

Qualifications:  

- Education: College graduate, Associate degree graduate, or 2 years college completed  

- Experience: 1 year experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial accounts  

- Willing to work onsite in Accenture Alabang offices  

- Willing to work on shifting schedule  

2. Customer Service Associate - General Account

Qualifications:  

- Education: Completed 1st year of college  

- Experience: At least 6 months  

- Willing to work onsite in Accenture Alabang offices  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries  

- Provide excellent customer service and support  

- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction  

- Meet performance metrics and quality standards  

- Work collaboratively with team members
