Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

-Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
-Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
-Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar).
-Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
-Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

-Billing, Premium & Receivables Management
-Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment‑related issues.
-Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.
-Respond to billing‑related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with accuracy and professionalism.
-Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulated industry standards.

-High‑Volume Communication & Call Handling
-Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
-Serve as the primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries in a brokerage or agency setting.
-Provide clear explanations of policy changes, billing details, and next steps to stakeholders.
