NSURANCE POLICY SERVICING SPECIALIST

Do you have BPO experience with a strong Non-Life Insurance background, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C), Home, or Auto Insurance?

QUALIFICATIONS

You may qualify if you have:

- A college degree + at least 12 months of BPO experience, OR

- Completed at least 2 years of college + minimum 18 months of BPO experience.

- Required: Background in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C).

- Experience handling Home, Auto, Property, or related insurance products is highly preferred.

- Experience in insurance brokerage, agency operations, policy servicing, billing, endorsements, renewals, or carrier coordination is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

- Support day-to-day policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

- Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.

- Process policy endorsements using broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or similar platforms.

- Coordinate between clients, agents, and insurers to ensure accurate and timely information.

- Maintain accurate policy documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Billing, Premium & Receivables

- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and premium adjustments.

- Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.

- Respond to billing concerns from insureds, agents, and carriers.

- Maintain complete and accurate billing and account documentation.

Customer & Carrier Communication

- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.

- Serve as a key contact for policy and billing-related inquiries.

- Clearly explain policy changes, billing information, and next steps.

- Deliver professional service while meeting established service-level expectations.
