Overview:

EXL Service Cebu is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. This is open for candidates with or without BPO experience who are willing to start ASAP. Stable account with a global company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle healthcare-related inquiries from customers via phone

- Provide accurate and timely information

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Maintain customer records and documentation

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate with or without Call Center Experience is welcome to apply

- With good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift, weekends, and holidays

- Can start on October 5, 2026

Salary and Benefits:
