Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager – B2B to lead and develop a collections team, improve cash flow, reduce aging, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring compliance with established processes.

The role requires flexibility to work US/night shifts and support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day B2B Collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.

• Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness initiatives.

• Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of collection activities and customer follow-ups.

• Conduct coaching, knowledge-sharing sessions, refresher training, and performance reviews.

• Mentor team members and support capability development.

• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams.

• Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.

• Support governance reviews, reporting, and stakeholder management activities.

• Ensure adherence to operational controls, quality standards, SOPs, and process documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve collections performance and operational efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including manager-level/team management experience.

• Strong experience in B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proven experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.

• Strong knowledge of AR processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.

• Experience handling customer escalations and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong people management, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting US customers and/or global operations is preferred.

• Knowledge of collections systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience with Cash Application and Dispute Management is an advantage.
