Position: Collections Specialist

Account: UK Financial Collections

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of US/UK or AU collections experience in any industry is required
• Mortgage experience is preferred
• Applicants with experience handling UK banking/financial collections are highly prioritized.
• Open to all educational backgrounds
• Amenable to work onsite on a shifting schedules (UK Time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on delinquent accounts and perform collection activities
• Call customers and inform them about the account status and collect the due amount
• Assertively negotiate with the customer to deliver the desired outcome of getting the account out of collections
• Update relevant systems and add service requests based on the discussion with the customer
• Adhere to laws and regulations while performing collection duties
• Co-ordinate with the internal and external teams in case there is additional information required or asked by the customer
• Ensure that the right service is provided to the customer

Salary Package: Up to 30% hike from your last drawn salary + 2400 allowance and 40k Signing Bonus
