Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide professional and accurate support for insurance brokerage accounts

- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in policy-related documentation

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve client concerns

Eligibility Criteria:

- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience in any account

- Excellent verbal communication skills for professional client interactions

- Customer service experience in financial services or non-life insurance is preferred

- Detail-oriented, especially in handling policy inquiries and documentation

- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
