​WORK SCHEDULE: Fixed Nightshift

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Services Agent to support financial services clients! You will handle inquiries on mutual funds, segregated funds, and other financial products, providing exceptional service and resolving complex client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries regarding financial products (mutual funds, segregated funds, etc.).

• Resolve complex client concerns and escalate when necessary.

• Provide accurate information on account status and transactions.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate – required.

• Must have 2 years Call Center experience – required.

• Preferably with experience in supporting financial services and handling inquiries on mutual funds, segregated funds, and more.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle complex client concerns.

• Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley with a fixed nightshift schedule.
