Position:Client Services Agent - Financial

*SALARY RANGE:*  

PHP 22,000 - 27,000 for 2 Years BPO Experience, Any Account  

PHP 27,000 - 32,000 for 2 Years BPO Experience in Financial Account or Wealth Asset Management

*QUALIFICATIONS:*  

1. HS Graduate old curriculum, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate or Graduate  

2. Must have 2 Years Call Center Experience  

3. Experience in Financial Services preferred - Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, Wealth Management  

4. Strong Communication and Problem-solving Skills  

5. Ability to handle Complex Client Concerns  

6. Amenable to work 100% Onsite in McKinley, Taguig  

7. Amenable to Fixed Night Shift Schedule

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*  

Handle inbound client inquiries for Financial Services accounts.  

Provide accurate information and resolve complex client concerns related to mutual funds and investment products.  

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
