Cash Application Analyst – B2B Accounts Receivable

Location: Aura, Taguig City (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cash Application Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely application of customer payments, reconcile accounts, investigate payment discrepancies, and support efficient Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments received through ACH, Wire Transfers, Lockbox, and other payment channels.
  Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified cash transactions.
  Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
  Partner with Billing, Collections, and customers to resolve payment-related issues.
  Support month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and quality standards.
  Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate customer account information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Cash Application, or Order-to-Cash processes.
  Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  Willing to work onsite on a permanent night shift.
