Job Title: Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analyst (CL 10–11)

We are hiring Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analysts to support trade settlement operations in a fast-paced investment banking environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade settlements, reconciliation, exception management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade pre-matching, trade matching, and settlement activities.

• Investigate and resolve unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and operational exceptions.

• Manage inventory, stock movements, reconciliations, and depot transfers.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, brokers, and external counterparties.

• Process trade lifecycle events accurately and within deadlines.

• Monitor operational risks and escalate issues when required.

• Support claims investigations and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade settlements or investment banking operations.

• Strong understanding of trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict settlement deadlines.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift.
