The Role

Join a Capital Markets Operations team supporting critical trade settlement activities across pre-matching, trade matching, inventory management, and exception handling.

You’ll work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, brokers, and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely trade settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-matching and trade matching
• Monitor unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and discrepancies
• Investigate breaks and identify root causes
• Oversee inventory and position reconciliation
• Manage depot transfers and trade lifecycle events
• Handle claims investigations and resolution
• Monitor and escalate operational risks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties
• Ensure deadlines, controls, and service levels are met

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Trade Settlements
• Experience supporting physical and/or financial products
• Strong attention to detail and risk/control mindset
• Experience handling time-sensitive trades and settlement deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
• Willing to work night shifts and provide coverage during Indian market holidays
• Must not be previously or currently employed with Accenture
• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture
• Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines
