Job Title: Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analyst (CL 10–11)

We are hiring Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analysts to support Global Markets Corporate Actions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate actions processing within an investment banking or trading operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately.

• Handle end-to-end corporate actions processing, including entitlement calculations and event lifecycle management.

• Reconcile corporate action events and ensure timely client entitlements and payments.

• Investigate and resolve operational breaks, exceptions, and settlement issues.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, custodians, and counterparties.

• Monitor exception queues and ensure timely resolution.

• Support UAT, process improvements, audit, and risk control activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions within investment banking or trading operations.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end corporate actions processing and trade/settlement operations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift.
