• Position: Cantonese Customer Support Representative

• Location: Onsite – Quezon City

• Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

• Salary: PHP 52,212.67 – PHP 87,146 (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bonus: PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Performance Incentives

• Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support in Cantonese and English via phone, chat, and email.

• Handle account inquiries, billing concerns, product information, and service requests.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.

• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese with good English communication skills.

• Open to candidates with or without BPO/customer service experience.

• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Open to Filipino applicants and foreign nationals with a valid Philippine Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.
