JOB TITLE: Business Intelligence Manager – Workforce Management (WFM)

LOCATION: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
WORK SHIFT: Shifting schedule
SALARY: PHP 80,000 – 110,000 package

Role Overview

An experienced specialist in Business Intelligence with a thorough understanding of related disciplines, driving the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities. Serves as the final decision-maker in the area, coaching, mentoring, and training others. Leads a team of specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility, ensuring appropriate policies, processes, and standards support the department's short- to medium-term tactical direction.

Key Responsibilities​

• Drive development of new BI/WFM solutions for programs, projects, and processes
• Serve as final decision/opinion maker within the BI/WFM discipline
  
• Coach, mentor, and train team members
  
• Ensure implementation of short- to medium-term activities aligned with departmental strategy
  
• Develop and implement appropriate policies, processes, and standards
  
• Lead a team of specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Knowledge in using OpenAI Codex, Claude Co-work/Code, or any AI initiative
• Knowledge of tech stack and programming languages
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role (Business Intelligence)
