About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to drive the development of BI solutions, support complex projects and processes, and provide expert guidance across the business area.

The role will be responsible for leading a team of specialists, implementing business strategies and processes, driving improvements, and providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of BI solutions for complex projects and business processes.

• Act as a subject-matter expert and decision-maker within the area of expertise.

• Implement short- to medium-term activities aligned with departmental strategy.

• Develop and implement appropriate policies, processes, and standards.

• Lead and manage a team of BI specialists.

• Handle employee lifecycle responsibilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

• Provide guidance and training to team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

• Support process improvements and technology-driven initiatives.

• Apply AI and emerging technologies to improve business intelligence capabilities.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence.

• Knowledge and professional experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Co-work/Code, or similar AI initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages.

• Experience managing and leading teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
