We're Hiring: Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Taguig (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and sales & marketing campaigns.

- Promote HR and Payroll solutions to businesses across the Philippines.

- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.

- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

- Achieve lead generation and sales targets through consistent pipeline development.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM and lead generation tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage).

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales.

- Proven experience generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.

- Experience in B2B sales and marketing is highly preferred.

- Background in HR Solutions, Payroll Systems, or HR Services is a strong advantage.

- Experience in telesales or cold calling is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead generation/CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
