Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Quality Management (QM) to help identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value through process improvement, business solution design, and technology-enabled transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gather and analyze high-level business requirements from stakeholders.

• Design business solutions aligned with organizational goals and technology capabilities.

• Develop business cases to support transformation initiatives.

• Support the implementation of strategic business and technology initiatives.

• Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational objectives.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates and feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and their application within enterprise systems.

• Experience designing and implementing quality control processes aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
